His development included provincial and national exposure with Coastal BC in the Super Y League and NTC. Internationally, Harjit competed in Salzburg at a top youth international tournament and completed a three-week training stint with Dynamo Kyiv's Youth Academy, gaining valuable experience in high-performance environments.

During high school, coaching was taken on alongside competitive play, expanding leadership and tactical understanding. Began by coaching high school girls' teams, later expanding to both boys' and girls' programs. He subsequently moved into the senior game, coaching men's teams in the VMSL. Harjit is currently pursuing his Canada Soccer C Diploma and is committed to continuous professional development, with the goal of attaining the highest coaching certifications available.

Transitioning from youth to adult soccer, Dipinder began with a seven-a-side league. In his first season he helped his team place 1st in the division before going on to win the championship. He eventually joined Coach Harjit to compete in a competitive men's division within the Vancouver Metro Soccer League (VMSL).

As a coach, Dipinder leads and coaches the men's team for South Van FC. He is currently pursuing his Canada Soccer C Diploma with aspirations of obtaining higher levels of coaching certification. His coaching philosophy revolves around developing confident, well-rounded players — focusing on resilience, game intelligence, and teamwork.
